Susan Gilmour
Director of Central Reservations and Regional Director,
Revenue Management, Peabody Hotel Group
Susan Gilmour serves at the director of central reservations and regional director of revenue management for Peabody Hotel Group, a role she has held since joining the organization in 2004. With more than fifteen years of experience directing revenue management and call centers, Gilmour oversaw the development of the Peabody Hotel Group call center and is currently responsible for operating the Peabody Hotel Revenue Management Office and all aspects of the call center for all three properties, including The Peabody Orlando (1,641 rooms), The Peabody Memphis (450 rooms), and The Peabody Little Rock (418 rooms). She also manages the PBX and Group Housing departments for The Peabody Orlando.
Prior to joining Peabody Hotel Group, Gilmour served as cluster director of revenue management at the Renaissance Orlando Resort and has held several other revenue management and call center management positions with Marriott International. |
