Peabody Hotel Group Training Manager Peabody Hotels
Kim Paredes has been with Peabody Hotel Group since 1988 and currently serves as the training manager as well as assistant director of human resources at The Peabody Orlando. In her role of training manager, she works closely with the training managers from all three Peabody Hotel properties, to ensure the hotel’s high-quality standards and consistent training are met, as well as the Forbes Travel Guide standards. In addition, she’s responsible for ensuring the entire hotel properties’ Training and Education of Associates by Mentors or, T.E.A.M, programs are strong and constantly developing.
Through her years with the Peabody Hotel Group, she has earned numerous awards including Mentor of the Year in 2002, Manager of the Year in 1997, Peabody Hotel Group Human Resources Leadership Award in 1997, among others.
Paredes is a graduate of Indiana University where she earned her B.A. in Arts and Sciences in Spanish. |
